The BAUER Training Center (BTC) is a subsidiary of BAUER AG. As a subsidiary in its own right, BTC has the possibility to achieve international recognition of its training programs, raising the standards for the implementation of training. This has already happened with the certification of Quality Management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 as well as with the achievement of certification from TÜV Süd as an educational institution.

We advise and support people who are active or want to be active in our industry in choosing training tools and activities that help them to further their personal and professional career development.

We also go above and beyond providing advice and support by implementing the many different training tools and activities in a practical way.

All our courses are conducted by experienced trainers using state-of-the-art technology, and always have a strong emphasis on practical relevance.

The training of drilling rig operators is our main goal. The “Operator´s Training” (Module OT-B) is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. During the practical session (5 different stations) participants can learn how to handle the machine safely in difficult situations such as driving up and down a slope or simulating the tilting of the machine during the rig tipping test. For this training you are welcomed to be our guest in Schrobenhausen or we will arrange it in your region with our local trainers.
